CultureAI Partner Programme Terms

1. Deal registration. Registrations are reviewed by CultureAI and, once approved, protect the registering partner's attribution for the protection period shown in the portal.
2. Marketing development funds. MDF is allocated per tier, requested in advance, and paid on proof of execution.
3. Rewards. Rewards are issued under the rules published in the portal and may be withheld where a deal is reversed or the partner's own policies prohibit them.
4. Confidentiality. Collateral marked confidential is for the partner's internal use only.
5. Termination. Either party may end the partnership with 30 days' notice.
